FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, particularly to foundations of buildings and structures erected on a slope. Foundation of a building or a structure erected on a slope includes a flat rigid reinforced concrete grid of longitudinal and transverse foundation tapes laid on a flat-planned surface of the slope, and a retaining structure. In each bearing intersection of longitudinal and transverse foundation strips there are single bored piles with diameter not exceeding width of foundation strips intersection bottom, cutting fill soils of slope and fixed in bed rocks.
EFFECT: reduced consumption of concrete and main reinforcement in the grillage and piles, as well as ensuring the transformation of the structural scheme of the foundation itself with the combination of its functions with the function of the retaining structure, which will allow to include the whole system of cross beams into the operation on the shear force perception from the weight of the building, structures, which is optimal for reinforced concrete, and eliminate occurrence of shear deformations in base by transferring it to bed root soils.
