FIELD: TV engineering. SUBSTANCE: object picture is converted by TV signal transducer 1 into a video signal applied to analog-to-digital converter, from whose output it is fed to frame recirculator 3, where recursive addition of the column to M elements from M lines of TV picture is performed. From the output of recirculator 3 the signal is fed to X-axis error signal conditioner 4, from which non-normalized error via gate 5 is applied to first divider 6 where its normalization is effected, which makes it possible to make the procedure of determination of the coordinate invariant with respect to the object dimensions and brightness. The instant of operation of gate 5 and divider 6 is determined with the aid of first computer 13 of the X-axis extremum region, in which the most probable location of the maximum to the center of the picture aperture is detected. Output signals of first recirculator 7 and computer 13 are subjected to a threshold test in threshold units 12 and 14 and applied to the inputs of AND circuit 15, at whose output a signal determining the instant of operation of gate 5 is present. The other channel operates in a similar way. EFFECT: enhanced noise immunity. 5 dwg
