FIELD: TV equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has TV gauge 1, analog-to-digital converter 2, frame recirculation unit 3, line recirculation units 4 and 5, X- and Y- axis error generators 6 and 12, dividers 13 and 14. Devices uses algorithm of digital measuring of coordinate errors with multiple level quantization of video signal and sawtooth measuring pulse with normalization of coordinate error signal. Units of device are made as recursive and separable. This results in decreased number of operations with multiple-bit digital signal for precise computation of coordinate errors of multiple moving small-size objects. This results in increased speed. Introduced adaptive normalization of coordinates errors caused by multiple objects increases precision of computation because device takes into account changes in their sizes and brightness. Second item of claim differs in implementation of generators 6 and 12 and recirculation units 3, 4 and 5.
