FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: transducer has five layers of polyamide film. Two of them are perforated and function as flexible components. Metallized plates are applied to upper surface of first layer to form part of sensing elements with leads and shields. Second part of sensing components, shields, and leads is formed on both surfaces of third layer. Selected dimensions of films and layers make it possible to take useful signals off leads almost similar in magnitude. Leads of third layer are interconnected to make it possible to obtain total signal. This reduces lower pressure threshold and affords twice as high output capacitance, etc. EFFECT: improved pressure measurement accuracy due to isolation of transducer from parasitic capacitances, wiring and cable. 2 dwg
