SUBSTANCE: method consists introduction of sponge preparation into stabilized blood with subsequent evaluation of recalcification time in test sample and reference sample (without sponge). Suitability of preparation is determined by shortening of recalcification time by not less then 22% as compared with reference one. EFFECT: higher accuracy of method.
