SUBSTANCE: device has semiconductor base having output diffusion area of opposite type of conductance, dielectric layer and two output gates which are positioned on said layer. In addition device has serial commutator having multiple inputs. Each stage has two identical output units including transfer gate, output diffusion area, three transistors, three control wires, reading wire. Transfer gate is connected to first control wire, drain of first transistor is connected to second control wire, its gate is connected to third control wire, its source is connected to output diffusion area. Drain of second transistor is connected to power supply wire, its gate is connected to output area. Drain of third transistor is connected to source of second transistor, gate of third transistor is connected to output of commutator and its source is connected to reading wire.
