FIELD: soldering. SUBSTANCE: based on tin fusible solder layers are applied on aluminum alloy band-base by method of joint cold rolling. During first run reduction is 40 - 50 % and in following runs reduction does not exceed 10 %. Increase of deformation degree during additional run over 10 % makes spreading of solder worse, decreases strength of joining and makes plastic features of band-base worse. As compared with one run additional rolling with reduction by 28 %, additional rolling of several runs with reduction of no more than 10 % for one run increases strength of soldered joints by 20 %. EFFECT: method is used in soldering. 1 tbl
