SUBSTANCE: after fusion of melt and its overheat above the melting point by 150 to 200 C air is supplied to the burner assembly at a pressure of 0.4 to 0.5 MPa, at the same time water is fed at a rate of 0.10 to 0.25 kg per 1 m3 of air. Metal is dispersed with a mixture of air and water. Dry powder-raw material from the bottom part of the spray chamber is fed by screw conveyer to the collecting bin of the recovery apparatus with a rotating zigzag mass-transfer member.
