FIELD: radio electronics. SUBSTANCE: material for temperature-sensitive resistors with positive temperature coefficient of resistance is based on BaTiO3 with additive YBa2Cu3O7-x(x=0-0,1) (x=0-0.1) with following proportion of components, per cent by mass YBa2Cu3O7-x(x=0-0,1) 0,21-0,86; (x=0-0.1) 0.21-0.86, BaTiO3 being the balance. EFFECT: expanded temperature interval of positive coefficient of resistance owing to decrease of temperature of start of process, increase of specific volume resistance and decreased temperature of sintering of material. 2 tbl
