FIELD: powder engineering. SUBSTANCE: flow 4 of fused mineral meets a turbine 16 blade at a maximum turbine radius. As a result flake fraction is minimal in thickness and maximal in section (flow is as if cut into separaate particles). When channel 5 is removed in direction of fusion flow, the flow meets a turbine on its shortest radius. It means that circle length to be covered at a time is shorter than in the first case. Due to it flake thickness grows and flake section reduces. When device is lifted to meet the fused mineral flow, the flow viscosity alters sharply due to cooling off. Thus flake thickness grows when flow viscosity grows and vice versa flake thickness reduces when flow viscosity reduces. Less is thw quantity of membranes (blades) in turbine, thicker and larger the flakes will be. To remove effectively flakes from turbine gaps channel profile is made up parabolic. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 3 cl, 1 tbl, 7 dwg
