SUBSTANCE: microcarrier is prepared by copolymerization of N,N'-diethylaminoethylmethacrylamide 50-60 mole% with N,N'-methylene-bis-acrylamide 40-50 mole%. Microcarrier is spherical white color granule, density is 1.15 g/cm3, capacity by functional groups DEAE is at the range 1.1-1.5 mg x eq./g, pore size is 500-1000 . Attachment of cells to microcarrier is carried out at cultivation regimen, at stirring at the rate 15-20 rev/min. Method is used for cultivation of animal and human tissue cells. EFFECT: enhanced proliferative cell activity, decreased attachment time to microcarrier. 3 tbl
