FIELD: electrical engineering; printed-circuit board manufacture.
SUBSTANCE: novelty is that prior-art method involving cleaning of current-conducting components and degreasing after application of moisture-resistant coating includes in addition immersion of degreased board in solution incorporating cyclohexyl amine and synthetic aliphatic acids with carbon atom number C10-C13 or C17-C20 of 0.5 mass percent, which is brought to boiling point in trifluorotrichloroethane and held in boiling solution for 20-30 minutes.
EFFECT: facilitated procedure, enhanced reliability of printed-circuit boards.
