SUBSTANCE: cylinder-type underwater transducer comprises one piezoceramic ring or several piezoceramic rings. In the transducer, piezoceramic cylinder is of variable circumferential thickness; axes of cylinder outer and inner surfaces are offset as regards to each other.

EFFECT: provides for directional radiation at any depth; simplified design.
