SUBSTANCE: invention relates to location and navigation. The apparatus includes three spaced-apart reception centres connected to a data link, a time interval signal former connected through a random access memory unit to a coordinate and angle signal former, which is connected to sensors of coordinates of the reception centres. The apparatus also includes a fourth reception centre, an angular velocity signal former and a ratio signal former. The fourth reception centre is connected to the data link and the random access memory unit is connected through the angular velocity signal former and the ratio signal former to the coordinate and angle signal former.
EFFECT: high operating speed and enabling determination of coordinates and angular velocity of radar stations operating in sector scanning mode.
