FIELD: veterinary microbiology. SUBSTANCE: pasteurellae (of bipolar structure) are applied to mucous membrane of palatal fissure of birds and after 10-15 min the bacteria in the form of smaller coccoid are discovered in mucus collected from point of application then, during septicemia (particularly during terminal state of organism), bacteria are discovered in blood plasma and on erithrocytes under microscope in the form of smaller coccoid then, from the moment of agony and during the first postmortal hour - in coccoid and diplococcoid forms, then in the course of the 1st-3rd postmortal hours, in the form of common bipolar structure, and later in the form of smaller and larger coccoid and bipolar morphological structures. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
