SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes poultry vaccination with living vaccine. As said vaccine broken thermolabile pasteurellas with invasivity blocked by low temperature action at liophylization are used. Pausteurellas are preliminary rehydrated in dose of 0.5 billion m.c. in 0.2-1.5 ml of physiological solution. Poultry is vaccinated intranasally or orally. Vaccinated poultry is kept for 10 days or more at 15-20 (preferably 20°C).
EFFECT: safe vaccine providing specific immunity to pasteurellosis.
