FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: device has vertical cylindrical reservoir with charging and discharging branch pipes, rotor, permanent electromagnet and grinding ferromagnetic members, cylindrical cover made of ferromagnetic material, intermediate reservoir, pump and system of pipelines with branch pipes and air intake. Rotor is made in form of cup with cavity pointed to cover, with holes in center of base and inner channels for air connected with air intake. Rotor divides reservoir into two grinding stages. Cover has ferromagnetic rod arranged along axis of reservoir and rigidly secured in place and circular slot at side of working space of reservoir which accommodates control winding connected with pulsed supply unit, and also internal air channels. Ferromagnetic grinding rollers are hinge-connected vertically on flexible ties in space between rotor and reservoir. Outer side surface of rotor and rollers and inner side surface of reservoir are riffled along axis of reservoir. Screen made of non-magnetic material is rigidly secured on rod in middle part of reservoir. Diameter of screen holes is less than diameter of grinding ferromagnetic members. Outlet from first grinding stage is connected with inlet of second stage by systems of pipelines with branch pipes through intermediate reservoir and pump. Reservoir wall is made of non-magnetic material. Part of grinding ferromagnetic members is made in form of bodies whose side surface is hyperbolic and end face surfaces are spherical; charging branch pipe is arranged in upper part of side surface of reservoir, and discharging branch pipe, in cover.
