FIELD: confectionery. SUBSTANCE: electromagnetic grinder comprises a container from nonmagnetic material with loading and unloading pipes arranged diametrically opposite in the middle part of the container. The latter accommodates ferromagnetic grinding balls and two ferromagnetic discs of which the upper one is connected to a motor shaft and the lower one is capable of vertical movement, the distance between discs not exceeding five diameters of grinding members. Disc bases facing each other have symmetrical slots for current control windings connected with an automatic control system for pulsating supply at a preset frequency and force of the pulse.
