FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus to produce chocolate mass has tank for mass grinding with rotor and grinding members. Rings of ferromagnetic material with geared outer surface are rigidly fixed on rotor shaft at levels of electromagnets poles tips. Height of each ring is equal to height of electromagnet pole tip and grinding members are made in the form of rectilinear prisms of lengthened form. Pair of electromagnets of direct current with horse shoe-shaped tips are mounted outside the tank along diameter. In the case, electromagnets are located by vertical all over the tank height. Winding of electromagnets control is connected through comparison unit with system of automatic control of electromagnets operation and automatic adjustment of rotor rate of rotation. Each of the systems has in series mounted amplifier of signals, phase discriminator and unit of dispersive composition of mixture control. Electromagnets operation automatic control system has block of forming and control of pulse period-to-pulse duration ratio, polarity, amplitude and frequency of pulses of direct current. Input of the block is in series connected with to phase discriminator and output - to winding of electromagnets control. EFFECT: apparatus facilitates dispersive composition of chocolate mass. 3 dwg
