FIELD: wet cleaning of gases. SUBSTANCE: method involves emulsifying liquid by swirled flow of contaminated gas, which results in additional fracturing of interacting ingredients (gas and liquid) by swirling-motion radial currents. Particles in emulsion gas bubble are subjected to the action of gravitational force combined with centrifugal force, that intensifies transfer of solid fraction to phase interface and increases depth of cleaning. Contaminated gas flow rate is related with spraying rate and gas cleaner aerodynamic resistance by certain dependence. EFFECT: increased efficiency of gas cleaning. 3 dwg
