FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device for wet gas purification comprises a cylindrical body (1), a tangential gas inlet (4), a liquid dispenser (2) located in the annular gap, a blade vortex (8) with a twist opposite to the inlet (4). The outer ends of the vortex blades are raised above the inner ones. The inlet pipe (4) of the gas scrubber is provided with nozzles (9) of the flushing device (10). Above the blade vortex (8), an annular insert (11) is installed in the annular gaps with a possibility of removal or movement to change the slot overlap area. The poppet dispenser (2) of irrigating liquid is made with a double bottom (12), and the supply pipe for irrigating liquid (3) is provided with a chemical feed unit (14). To carry out wet cleaning, the gas flow swirled in the tangential inlet pipe (4) is passed through the annular gap, where the flow is swirled in the opposite direction and interacts with the counter current liquid and emulsifies. The gas flow in the annular gap is accelerated/slowed by overlapping/opening the part of the annular gap area.
EFFECT: expanded interval of gas loads adjustment, elimination of corrosive and abrasive wear of the poppet dispenser, deep neutralisation of harmful gaseous impurities.
