FIELD: electronic engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention is based on tasks of simplification of design of actuator of manipulator, of increase of its vibration resistance and of reduction of gas liberation from its surfaces. These tasks are solved by manufacture of actuator in the form of bellows made fast with face ends to immobile and mobile bases. Internal surfaces of bellows are coated with vibration absorbing material and their outer surfaces have surface compaction of material. EFFECT: simplified design, increased vibration resistance and reduced gas liberation. 1 dwg
