FIELD: electronic engineering industry. SUBSTANCE: drive system is made up of three actuators, which connect movable and stationary bases. Each actuator has two bellows with the same or different diameters. One end face of one bellows is connected with one end face of other bellows through stationary base. End face of one of bellows is provided with hermetically secured plug associated with stationary base through flat spring working in bending in plane of conveying and positioning of part. End face of other bellows is also provided with hermetically secured plug rigidly connected with pusher of cylindrical cam gear. Displacement of pusher is determined by configuration of curvilinear recess made on cylindrical cam rotated by stepping motor. Inner spaces of two bellows communicate with each other and are filled with electrorheological fluid. End faces of bellows, which are not associated with each other, are connected to source of electrical field. EFFECT: improved accuracy of part positioning. 1 dwg
