FIELD: spray-coating. SUBSTANCE: device has a casing with guides and bottom. A hole is made in the bottom. A concentric annular boring is cut off around the hole in the bottom of the hopper. A ring-shaped magnet is fixed in the boring. Around 1 mm gap is between end magnet surface and hopper bottom friction surface. The hopper is installed in the casing, in the guides and enables to be moved in vertical direction. Dosing mechanism is made in the form of removable plank with holes of different diameter, and annular borings in the lower part of the plank. Casing bottom hole diameter exceeds one in the plank. Ring magnets are fixed in the borings. End surfaces of the magnets are placed too at a distance of around 1 mm from casing bottom friction surface. Distance between holes in removable plank is as large as two ones between hopper axis and tray axis. Removable plank is installed between hopper bottom and casing bottom so to reciprocate in horizontal direction. Drive is made in the form of electric magnet with spring loaded core. The core is connected to the removable plank. The drive could be also stopped in horizontal direction using screw-and-nut. The tray is made of magnetically soft material.
