FIELD: alcohol industry. SUBSTANCE: 4.0-6.0 kg of glans, 2.0-3.0 kg of coriander, 6.0-8.0 kg of peppermint, 5.0-7.0 kg of wild marjoram, 0.1-0.3 kg of dandelion root and 0.1-0.3 kg of multiple alder is mixed together, extracted with aqueous-alcoholic solution twice. The decanted aqueous-alcoholic extracts are combined. 450.0-550.0 kg of prealcoholized apple juice material is mixed together with 360.0-450 kg of ashberry water, the resulting mixture is allowed to stay for 1-2 days, the precipitated material is removed, the residue is divided into 2 equal portions which are then added to aqueous-alcoholic extracts. The extracts are mixed with 50.0-60.0 g of sugar syrup, 25.0-35.0 of coloring agent and aqueous alcoholic solution to give 1000 dal of 40 % alcoholic extractive mixture. The mixture is allowed to stay for 2-4 hrs and filtered off. EFFECT: high quality.
