FIELD: heat supply. SUBSTANCE: system has housing 1 filled with fuel and heat carrier whose boiling point is considerably higher than that of fuel and water. Heat carrier from reservoir 5 flows through valve 16 into heat exchanger 17 heated by exhaust gases passing through pipeline 18. Vapor formed in heat exchanger flows along Vapor line 14 into ring condenser 6 transmitting heat through walls of reservoir 5 to fuel in chamber 2 of housing 1. At starting power is supplied to, electric heating coil 13. At bubbling conditions water is delivered into chamber 2 along pipeline 23. Vapors of fuel and water mix in chamber 2. Moreover, exhaust gases or compressed air are passed through pipeline 10 or 8, reservoir 5 and holes 12. Homogeneous mixture is delivery into combustion chamber through outlet pipeline 4.
