FIELD: liqueur-vodka production. SUBSTANCE: 1000 dal of desired product contains: cinnamon extract 20-25 l, vanillin 3-3.2 l, citric acid 15.0-15.1 l, 65.8% sugar syrup 4600-4610 l, raspberry extract 2.0-2.2 kg, red dye 0.125-0.126 kg, yellow dye 0.04-0.05 kg, aqueous-alcohol liquid content being so that concentration 25% is produced. Method for producing liqueur involves blending cinnamon extract with vanilin, sugar syrup and citric acid, sustaining thus prepared blend, filtration and bottling. Raspberry extract is mixed preliminary with mentioned above dyes, thus prepared mixture is sustained within 5-7 h. Then said mixture is added into blend, the process takes place during sustaining which is carried out before filtration takes place.
