FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: pneumatic oscillation damper comprises an elastic element in form of cylinder, which forms a main working cavity, an additional cavity, and a partition located between them. The partition is made with throttle hole with an adjustable diameter, which connects the working cavity with the additional cavity. The elastic element in the upper part is attached to the trolley frame by a bracket; in the lower part, it is connected to the additional cavity by the partition. A channel with a check valve is made in the side part for supplying air to the additional cavity. A rod with condensate drain hole is installed in the lower part of the additional cavity.
EFFECT: increased reliability and efficiency of operation of carriage equipment.
