FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanics, namely to vibration damping devices. Pneumatic vibration damper includes a cylindrical body, inside which is placed an elastic element, made in the form of a bellows. Bellows forms the main working cavity. An additional cavity, made in the form of a glass with an opening for air supply, is located above the main working cavity. Between the working and additional cavities is a partition made with a calibrated hole. Rod, made in the form of a piston with a hole for draining condensate, is located in the lower part of the cylindrical body. Resilient element is connected in the lower part to the piston of the rod, in the upper part – to the partition.
EFFECT: increased reliability and efficiency of the equipment of vehicle crews is achieved.
