The latter is made of monocrystal yttrium-alumina garnet plate, 1 ± 0,1 mm thick, whose surface is parallel to crystallographic plane (III) accurate to ± 15′; distance between microchannel strip and screen is 0.1 to 0.2 of thickness of monocrystal yttrium-alumina garnet plate. EFFECT: enlarged functional capabilities: conversion of infra-red, ultraviolet, or X-ray images into visible ones. 1 dwg
