FIELD: vacuum photoemission electronics.
SUBSTANCE: image detector of objects emitting in the ultraviolet range. The receiver is made in the architecture of an electrooptical transducer and includes an input optical system, a vacuum-tight housing, an input window, a photocathode located on the end surface of the input window based on a polycrystalline diamond film doped with boron, a microchannel plate, a cathodoluminescent screen and fiber optic glass. Additionally, the system includes a germanium-based photocathode with through holes, the surface of which is located in the focal plane of infrared images of the terrain, formed by a common optical system. In this case, the germanium-based photocathode is located either on the surface of a microchannel plate or on the surface of an additionally introduced silicon membrane.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of registering objects emitting in the ultraviolet range in relation to their location.
