FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the medicine, particularly, to the cardiology and functional diagnostics. A biomicroscopy of the bulbar conjunctiva vessels of an eye is performed. Whereupon, 4 areas of the conjunctiva are successively observed: the angle of the eye, the central area, the transition, and perilimbal areas. A number of vessels with the intravascular erythrocyte aggregation is calculated in each area. Then, the general number of vessels in these areas is calculated. With the help of a simple proportion, the percentage of vessels with the aggregation relatively to the general number of vessels is determined. Thus, the numerical evaluation of the prevalence rate of the intravascular erythrocyte aggregation is performed.
EFFECT: method allows the non-invasive, quick, and simple way to perform the numerical evaluation of the prevalence rate of the intravascular erythrocyte aggregation independently from a structure and diameter of vessels by means of determination of the percentage of vessels with the aggregation in 4 areas of the conjunctiva during the biomicroscopy.
