SUBSTANCE: composition is prepared by mixing full cow milk, cream of 35%- fatness, corn oil, whey protein concentrate, malt extract, lactose, saccharose, citric-acid sodium and potassium, sulfuric iron, magnesium chloride, sulfuric zinc, sulfuric copper, water and fat- soluble vitamins and corn starch, hydrolyzed or oxidized, with with weight part of dry substance respectively 94.5 and 90.0%, digestibility coefficient within the range of 51-52%, swelling properties of 0.8 and 20.0 cm 20,0 cm3/h hour, solubility of 60 and 80%, respectively, Geppler viscosity of 2%-starch gel at 70 C 1.1 and 1.5 mPa.s.
