FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: mixture of fennel and caraway fruits is kept in mash distillate of grain raw for 5-7 days, and then the first and the second infusions were carried out on the aqueous-spirituous liquid. Infusions were blended with sugar syrup and aqueous-spirituous liquid, kept, filtered and poured. Components were taken at the following ratio, kg per 1000 dal ready product: fennel fruits 2.0-2.5; caraway fruits 3.0-3.3, and aqueous-spirituous liquid - the rest.
