FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: cryosurgical apparatus can be used in gynecology, oncology, urology, neurological surgery, dermatology, and cosmetology and in general surgery. Cryosurgical apparatus has vacuum-isolated container for cryogenic agent, sleeve connected dismountable with container, L-shaped capillary tube. Vertical part of tube goes through sleeve and it communicates with cryogenic agent from container, horizontal part of tube is connected with tip-probe. Cryosurgical apparatus also has gas removal duct, pressure controller. Pressure controller is mounted onto sleeve and it has input connected with mentioned container as well as with gas removal opening made in case of pressure controller. Spring-loaded safety valve is disposed in case pressure controller, which valve has axial channel and cone-shaped end which communicates with saddle mounted at input of pressure controller. Safety valve of pressure controller is provided with adjusting nut which controls operation pressure of safety valve due to regulation of compression force of adjusting spring. Position of adjusting nut is fixed by counter nut. Screw goes through in axial opening of nuts. Screw interacts with handle regulating feed of cryogenic agent to tip-probe.
EFFECT: prolonged service life of apparatus; improved human engineering properties; improved manufacturability.
