FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: proposed composition has aqueous-spirituous liquid of sodium hydrocarbonate, acid and glycerol. Food tartaric acid is used as an acid at the following ratio of components, kg per 1000 dal ready product: sodium hydrocarbonate 0.3-0.4; food tartaric acid 0.2-0.3; glycerol 0.7-0.8, and aqueous-spirituous liquid - the rest. EFFECT: enhanced quality of vodka.
