SUBSTANCE: ready vodka has the following ratio of components, kg/1 000 dal: sodium hydrocarbonate 0.1-0.3; corn starch maltose molasses 0.4-0.6; succinic acid 0.04-0.06 and an aqueous-spirituous liquid - the rest. Succinic acid and sodium hydrocarbonate are added to the sorting as aqueous solutions and corn starch maltose molasses is dissolved in vodka followed by filtering and filtrate is added before pouring. Vodka is enriched with valuable biologically active substances - products of corn starch hydrolysis and has the nice freezing taste and aroma.
