FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: vodka has malic acid (0.1-0.2 l) and aqueous-spirituous liquid up to blend strength 40%. Method involves water filtration through activated carbon, softening with sulfocarbon, treatment by reverse osmosis. Softened water is mixed with alcohol up to strength 40% and prepared liquid is purified with activated carbon. Malic acid is added at the beginning of process following by holding, filtration and pouring. EFFECT: enhanced quality of vodka. 3 cl, 1 tbl
