FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: water is filtered through activated carbon and made softer with sulfonic carbon. The batch is then made by mixing water with alcohol. The batch includes sugar in an amount of 15 kg/1000dal of vodka, glycerol prediluted in water in an amount of 0.5-0.8 kg/100 dal of vodka and 1% potassium permanganate in an amount of 3 g per 1000 dal of vodka, stirred, the batch is kept for 2 hours, prefiltered, treated with activated carbon at a rate of 20-25 dal/h, finally filtered, kept at 18-20 C for 8 hours and poured out. EFFECT: more efficient manufacturing process.
