FIELD: production of liqueur and vodka. SUBSTANCE: mineral water is added into water, its quantity being not more 35 of volume of water, thus its hardness is 0.1-0.15 mg equiv/l. Thus treated water is mixed with alcohol and is initially filtered through activated coal and then through sand filters. The process is followed by adding sugar into vodka, its quantity being not more 10 kg per 1000 dal of vodka. Then sustaining within 2-4 h and bottling are carried out. EFFECT: improves quality of desired product.
