FIELD: foundry engineering. SUBSTANCE: metal is fed into a gap between driving drum with side rims and driving rim-rounding driving endless belt. Slab if formed in a gap in radial direction and reduced in solid-liquid state by means of drum replacement. Slab is drawn with a varying speed. Deformation of unbending slab is carried out with the help of rollers. After slab unbending deformation slab bending is deformed to horizontal state at the length n= (2-8) r. In this case unbending is deformed at the length l= (0,3-0,7) n. Slab curvature radius r at length n in deformation space is defined according to function given in description.
