FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: device has drum, endless band, rollers and injectors. Drum has supports and rotation and movement drive made as hydraulic cylinders. Drum is mounted between side rims provided with rotation drives. Endless band rounds rims sides and drive cylinders. Rollers support and press the band to the rims in broadside direction. Injectors are set up between rollers. Device has a U-shaped frame mounted on a shaft for rotation around it due to hydraulic cylinder action. Shaft is set up on movable supports. Drum supports are set up on a frame and the drum movement range about the circle is equal to 2-4 of its radiuses. EFFECT: improved design. 2 dwg, 1 tbl
