FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: method involves microbiological transformation in the presence of water-soluble polymer - N-vinylcaprolactam (molecular mass is 10000-1000000) and isolation of the end product at heating cultural liquid and ethyl acetate (1:1, vol.) up to 50-90 C. Coagulated polymer is separated, liquid phases were fractionated, ethyl acetate is evaporated followed by product washing with organic solvent. Instead N-vinylcaprolactam its copolymers with vinyl alcohol (content of latter in copolymer is up to 46% ), or with vinyl acetate (content is up to 45%), or with vinylmethylacetamide (content is up to 15%) can be used. Using homo- and copolymer of N-vinylcaprolactam transformation can be carried out at increased concentration of substrates at simplified process of isolation of products, yield of which reaches 95% and high regeneration degree (95%) of polymer.
