FIELD: information devices. SUBSTANCE: method involves storing record to medium which is made from thin film of amorphous silicon material, which is deposited to glass base, or from silicon crystal. It is possible to affect it with beam of electric field. Film is produced by hydrogen technology using carbon or germanium. When information is read with scanning tunnel microscope, local changes in conductance of stored layer are detected. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities.
