FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has ball retention unit being cylindric cap under which a ring rigidly attached to the cylindric casing is mounted, permanent magnets mounted in the ring are engageable with the ball and pusher is attached to the cylindric cap with its one end and the other end being provided with a nozzle having the ball inside. The cover and pusher are movable along the longitudinal axis. The cylindric cap is provided with a ring being movable relative to the longitudinal axis in oscillatory mode. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy in measuring intraocular pressure. 3 dwg
