FIELD: batching of liquids. SUBSTANCE: drain pipe is secured to the bottom of the receiving tank. The sleeve encloses the drain pipe to define the ring space and is mounted for permitting axial movement with respect to the top face of the drain pipe and the bottom of the tank. The tank is provided with a cover with supplying openings. The bottom of the cover is positioned above the top face of the drain pipe. The total area of the cross-section of the supplying openings does not exceed twice area of the cross-section of the drain pipe or twice area of the cross-section of the ring space.
