FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes separating head and neck of femur from inside using hollow cylindrical milling cutter at level of middle portion of neck without opening articulation capsule, using milling cutter whose inner diameter is greater than diameter of neck and outer diameter does not exceed cross-section of subtrochanterian region in sagittal plane, and then rotating head of femur together with neck and intratrochanterian fragment until milling cutter is removed. EFFECT: more sophisticated technique.
