FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: method provides for: smelting; hot rolling ( with end of rolling temperature te.r. of 1100 800 C and temperature of coiling below 700 C); cold rolling; recrystallizing, decarbonizing and high-temperature annealings. Cooling during rolled products feeding from temperature of end of rolling tс to temperature of coiling te.r. is exercised according to following dependance: tс, with l 2.14 logarithmic base; is path length from stand output, m; vr speed of rolled products feeding, m/s; t time, s; lt total path length from stand to coiler, m; K 0.4 0.6. EFFECT: method allows to produce electrotechnical steel with improved properties.
