SUBSTANCE: for wafer filler preparing paste-like product prepared by mixing sugar beet concentrate with skimmed milk at the ratio 2:3.5 at dry matter content 70-72% is added to the mixture. Black currant powder content is decreased up to 6.5-7.2% and that of dry milk to 3.4-3.6% EFFECT: improved quality, decreased cost of product.
