FIELD: sports medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves measuring human heart beat rate corresponding to aerobic and anaerobic metabolism threshold with following physical load training doing two kinds of physical training exercises: static-and-dynamic ones and dynamic ones with heart beat rate not exceeding the anaerobic exchange threshold with following nutrition ration selection which consists in consumed fat and carbohydrate volume reduction to reduce fat mass, and consumed protein control to change muscle mass.
